ROSES & HOLLY

Inspired by role models of the 90s and 2000s, roses & holly is a love letter to the women forced to grow their own armor. This collection is informed by the formative experience of my two sisters, whose teens and twenties occurred in the late 90s and early 2000s. Fashions of this period, such as an argyle sweater or the quintessential low rise bootcut jean, meet historic armor textiles – chainmail, leather, and knits – to drive this concept.
